Download and Fill in Template

Click “Blank Template” to produce a blank SDS Upload template.

On the Template:

• Recommended Fields contain important product details or contribute to the hazard classification calculation.
• Optional Fields fill out other areas of the SDS. If blank, the system defaults to ‘Not Available’.
• Formula is required to calculate the hazard classification.

Attach template file

• Once the template is filled in with your formula information, save it to your computer.
• Click “Select file”, go to the location of your template on your computer, and click “Okay”.

Validate the Template

• Validate the template to ensure the report can generate.
• When you receive the “Success” message, proceed to next step to select your Jurisdiction(s)

Choose the jurisdictions you need.

Choose Languages

Choose the languages you need translations for.  Please note that if you plan to sell your product(s) in California, you will need to select all language options (English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Korean) in order to comply with recent regulations that require SDSs to be translated in each of those languages.
